Frequently Asked Questions
Shipping, Returns and Copyright
What is Your Return Policy?
Since shipping art prints can be a delicate process, all sales are final.
Will I need to sign for my package upon delivery?
Your tracking number will generally indicate whether a signature is required to receive a shipment. If you’re worried about a shipment, we recommend shipping to a location where someone can receive your work, like an office building.
How does International Shipping Work?
Please note that international shipping costs are estimates. Please keep in mind that your location, the size of the work, and packing materials will all contribute to the final cost. If the cost of shipping is higher than estimated, we will be in touch with you regarding the difference. Shipping costs include tracking and insurance in the rare case that something might go wrong.
Also, shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. The end recipient is responsible for these fees.
We highly recommend including your phone number in the order when ordering internationally – this will minimize the risk of order being lost in transit and make delivery of the order smoother.
When will I receive my art print order?
We take 2 to 7 business days to process your art print order before it is actually shipped.
I have a problem with my print order – what do I do?
Please contact us and include a short description of the error, and order number within 7 days after receiving the order.
Can I cancel my order? / Can I make changes to the order?
All orders are final – we cannot cancel orders once they have started production. Please contact us ASAP to see if it is possible to cancel the order.
It’s past estimated delivery date and I haven’t received my order yet.
Please check in with your local post office – in most cases, it is the best way to locate the shipment. If you are not able to locate your shipment this way, please contact us with your order number and a correct delivery address – we’ll help.
Make sure you report the problem within 2 weeks after estimated delivery time – If reported outside of the the time frame, unfortunately, we will not be able to help with locating the order.
Art Print Order is marked as delivered – but not there.
In the rare case that an art print shipment is marked as delivered by the courier, but the recipient has not received it – we would not cover the cost of the order. Again, this only applies if the tracking details state that a delivery was made to the recipient’s address.

Some collectors choose to purchase the right to reproduce the artwork to ensure it will never become a print. Contact me if if you’re interested in purchasing full or partial reproduction rights to a work.
