Self Portrait Selected for Women in Art Exhibit

I am pleased to have been selected for inclusion in Las Laguna Art Gallery’s online exhibition, Women in Art!

This was an international call that included various mediums. Typically, I submit oil paintings when I apply to exhibitions, but this time I decided to send out some of my drawings to see how they would fare. I was delighted when I received word that the gallery chose my self portrait!

I hope you’ll take a moment to view the entire exhibit. Themes include Abstract, Animals, Botanical, Cityscape, Countries, Fantasy, Figure, Landscape, Literary, Maritime Art, Modern, Nude, Photojournalism, Political, Portraiture, Seascape, Skyscape, Social Comment, Sporting Art, and Wildlife—there is literally something for everyone to enjoy!
